<>LABRADOODLES<>

They're all the rage ya know, and mine will hunt also.

Labradoodles make for a wonderful non-aggressive family dog that is easy to train. Our labradoodles are bred to have hunting instincts! Our male, "Teal" is out of the number one Yellow labrador in the Nation in 1999-2000-2001 "Ch. Rebel with a Cause" and Rebel is the number "1" producer of winning yellow labs. Our yellow male, "Teal", will be bred to a Registered AKC black, female Poodle, producing F1 Labradoodles in all three colors. In two years we will be crossing F1s back to a Hunting AKC registered male, apricot colored Poodle and producing F1b Labradoodles. F1b Labradoodles will have a greater tendency to not shed and be hypo-allergenic.

Coat types may vary within each litter. Some may be flat, wavy, or curly. Generally, the more curl the coat has the less shedding will occur and the more allergy friendly the dog will be. No puppy can be guaranteed not to shed or to be completely hypo-allergenic. Allergies can be either to saliva or to dander so it is important to consider this when purchasing a Labradoodle puppy.

We are taking reservations now for the spring litter and a $200 deposit at birth will hold your puppy until it is ready for its new home. Picks of the litter will be in order of reservations and deposits received. Call or email to reserve your puppy. We will get back with you to confirm your reservation.

We offer a 1 year money back guarantee on health and genetics. We ask that you take your new puppy to your vet within a few days of purchase to confirm your puppy's health.

More information on Labradoodles
DESCRIPTION:
The Labradoodle's body is slightly heavier than that of a Standard Poodle. The forelimbs are robust and muscular. The muzzle is slightly narrower than a Labrador Retriever. The length of the coat is anywhere from 4 to 6 inches (10-15 cm.) long. Coat colors include: chalk, cream, apricot, chocolate, café, black and silver. Chalk, cream and apricot/gold can have rose or black pigment. Almost half of all Labradoodles don't shed, or shed lightly, and most live easily with families with MILD allergies

GENERATIONS:
A first generation Labradoodle is the product of a standard Poodle crossed with a Labrador Retriever. About half of all first generation Labradoodles either don't shed or shed lightly, and most are compatible for most families with mild allergies. The backcross (F1B) Labradoodle is produced by crossing an F1 Labradoodle with a Poodle. These dogs will have a higher success rate for non-shedding, and are recommended for families with moderate to severe allergies.

TEMPERAMENT:
The Labradoodle is good with children and are easy to train. They get along well with other dogs. They are extremely clever, sociable and well tempered. Most Labradoodles love the water since both foundation dogs, the Labrador and the Standard Poodle where bred as water dogs for retrieving.

HEIGHT & WEIGHT:
Standard 22+ inches - The typical mature weight is 45-75 lbs. Females are typically 10-20 pounds lighter than males. Some standard sized Labradoodles are even larger, and can weigh over 90 pounds.

LIVING CONDITIONS & EXERCISE:
Labradoodles require a moderate amount of exercise and their coats are generally low maintenance. They can live in the city or on a farm. They are social dogs and they are happiest when they are with people.

LIFE EXPECTANCY:
About 15 years

GROOMING:
First generation Labradoodles tend to have a low maintenance, shaggy dog look, the hair on the body usually about 2 inches long. Labradoodle backcrosses and multigens tend to have longer fur (4 - 7 inches), and require regular grooming. Hair or fur can be cut to any desired length. Example: Setter are usually shaved for field work except for the tail and hunting Poodles are shave for field work.

(aka Sexy Rexy) was bought out of Bakersfield, CA and was $850, with shipping $1004 and is a beautiful specimen.
